Packaging

All our Celtic Sterling Silver Jewelry is sent boxed.

Countries we Ship To

United Kingdom, Europe (specifically the European Union), USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is included in the retail prices to any of the countries we ship to. All our Celtic Sterling Silver Jewelry is sent by Irish Registered Post. Irish Registered Post is a recorded delivery system. On receipt of goods customers have to sign for them as proof of delivery.

Delivery

Most items are kept in stock and will be shipped within 7 working days of order clearance. Delivery of the product(s) shall be made to the Customer's Address set out in the shopping cart and it is up to the customer to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the product(s) whenever they are tendered for delivery. Upon delivery of the product(s), title and risk in the products shall then pass to the customer.

We make every effort to deliver a customer's purchases as soon as possible. please allow up to 28 days for normal delivery, particularly if you live outside the European Union.

Although Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) tries to fulfill all its orders within four weeks on occasion due to events beyond Celtic Craft's control, this time period could be extended. And whilst Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) makes every effort to ensure that the customer's product(s) are delivered on time, Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry)  cannot be held responsible for ensuring personal delivery to the customer or for any delays in delivery. (Generally speaking, though the times given here are a maximum to expect and, our parcels should arrive by three weeks or sooner).

Payment Options

Currently payments can only be made by Paypal and Amazon Pay. Concerning Paypal payments, payments will only be accepted from a single Paypal Account and we can only send products to confirmed Paypal addresses.

Taxes and Custom Duties

Your State may impose taxes and/or import duties on packages shipped from outside your country. These charges are completely unrelated to Celtic Craft's (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) fees and are outside our ability to predict or control. these taxes and/or duties (if any) are to be paid to your State. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes and/or import duties (if any). please consult with your local tax office or post office as they can provide you with more details on taxes and custom duties.

Customs Label

Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) is legally obliged to declare an accurate value in monetary terms on all Irish exported packages. Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) cannot comply with appeals to reduce the value of an order on the customs label.

Returns

Please contact us to obtain a return address to for your returns. Please mention,

1). The Order No.

2). The Product(s) you want to return.

3). The reason for returning the Product(s).

Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.

Important Note: Send your returns using an insured carrier. Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

If returning a Product(s), please put a note on the outside of the package similar to this: RETURNED ITEM; Goods of Irish Origin. This will minimize delays at customs.

Defective or Damaged Product(s)

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please notify Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) using our 'Contact Us' form. When returning the product please include

1). The Order Number

2). The Product you want to return.

3). The reason for return.

Please indicate whether you want a refund or replacement. If your product is defective or damaged and you request a replacement, we will send you a replacement without charging you any additional shipping fees. In the case of a refund,  if you request a refund, our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.

How Refunds are Given on Returned Products

For all products on which a refund will be given the following applies,

All refunds will be made through the Payment Mechanism used to pay for the products. 

please allow upto 4 weeks for the processing of Irish/Domestic returns, and upto 6 weeks for international returns. If you have not received a refund within the specified time period please use your tracking number to trace the package. If the tracking number shows that Celtic Craft has received your return, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' Form. Please state your order number in your email. Celtic Craft (i.e. CoolCelticJewelry) cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
